ㅤHardworking Gleanerㅤ Reed's a pretty dedicated gleaner as of lately, constantly going on odd jobs all around eorzea to do field research and collect samples of various oddities. he also seems to pop up just about anywhere, has this man ever heard of travels taking time? who knows! perhaps you run into him during one of those ventures.
ㅤTrick Up His Sleeveㅤ Reed shamelessly enjoys playing tricks on other people purely for his own amusement when he's feeling bored. from moving a tiny object around to some good old magic party tricks. he loves indulging in a little trickery just for the hell of it, especially if the person on the receiving end of that treatment is entertaining to watch be confused.
ㅤSpirit Guideㅤ Reed's entire existing as a person was because a particular witch wanted her familiar to be an errand boy. originally born as a fox, he still has the ability to go back into that form and is often seen as a 'spirit guide' by those who recognize what he is. it doesn't help that he loves playing into it just for the love of the game, running around in woods and playing tricks on people just for the whimsy of it all.
ㅤBar Regularㅤ Reed loves going into bars. what's not to enjoy? a lot of people to meet, mingle with, and make new connections! he's not afraid to strike conversation and occupy someone for an hour or two with soft spoken words and silly little party tricks. gotta keep 'em on their toes.

ㅤCon Artistㅤ Elegant, charismatic, neatly dressed, well-spoken, and convincing. Reed often uses charm and etiquette to distract potential victims from his true intentions. they're never truly nefarious, though, just not particularly honest either. you'd never catch him in a physical fight afterwards, either. if you were to catch him... wait, where did reed go?
ㅤGuile Heroㅤ Reed likes to rebel. plain and simple. and he never understood why people allow such a divide between each other to exist, especially since visiting ishgard for work. he's never afraid to use his trickery in order to tilt a scale towards what he feels is 'right'.
ㅤSly Little Shitㅤ When engaging in conversation, he tends to be sharp and witty. a little snarky, a little cunty. he enjoys dishing it out.
ㅤTread Lightlyㅤ Regardless of what he's doing, he's not someone you'll notice easily. especially since he seemingly leaves no footsteps as he walks.
ㅤClean Freakㅤ Reed hates getting dirty. like HATES it. always carrying extra cloths on him and at least two of his vials are detergents of some sorts. you never know what vile liquids you'll have to wash off your body and sanitize while doing field work, okay?
